Ippo Inc stands by the Authenticity of the products we offer as we obtain our products

from Authorized Outlets, Trusted Department and Retail Stores in the United States of America. We will provide you with receipts from those retailers as proof of authenticity. Products are subject to availability and we do cater to special requests. Do send us an email at ippoinc@myippoinc.com with the model that you are looking for and we will provide you with a quote. We will try to provide you with a better quote compared to our competitors. We strive to make out customers happy!

Processing, Payment and Shipping:

Once you have purchased an item, you are entering a legal binding contract between Ippo Inc and yourself. Payment is expected within 2 business Days (48 Hrs) after the transaction has been received and confirmed by Ippo Inc. If else, we reserve the rights to cancel your order. (Business Days are from Mon to Fri. If a purchase was made on Sat or Sun, payments should be received by Tue)

You have the rights to cancel or modify your order within the 48 hrs time frame. After a payment is received, we will process and ship your order promptly.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Special Orders:

For special orders, email ippoinc@myippoinc.com with you order and we will process your order. Item are subject to availability. We expect you to pay 50% of the item 2 days after the order. After we have receive the item, we will require the full payment and we will ship the item to you. We will take pic of the item at hand to ensure that we indeed have your item before you complete your payment.

Shipping times:

For Orders marked as Shipped From Malaysia, expect delivery times between 5-10 days. We will provide PosLaju shipping or Face-2-Face delivery at certain locations and with prior arrangements.

For Orders marked as Shipped from USA, expect delivery times between 10-20 days depending on the service provided by USPS. We will provide confirmation and signature delivery for products shipped from USA.

NOTE: Processing and shipping times may take a little longer due to unexpected circumstances such as delays on the courier’s end and we will keep our customers updated whenever possible.

Please be patient and rest assure that products will reach you safely, albeit taking a longer time.
