Processing, Payment and Shipping:

Once you have purchase an item, you are entering a legal binding contract between Ippo Inc and yourself. Payment is expected within 2 Business Days (48 Hrs) after the transaction has been received and confirmed by Ippo Inc. (Note business days are Mon to Fri. If purchase was done on Sat or Sun, payments should be received on Tue)

Shipping times:

For Orders marked as Shipped From Malaysia, expect delivery times between 5-10 days. We will provide PosLaju shipping or Face-2-Face delivery at certain locations and with prior arrangements.

For Orders marked as Shipped from USA, expect delivery times between 10-20 days depending on the service provided by USPS. We will provide confirmation and signature delivery for products shipped from USA.

NOTE: Processing and shipping times may take a little longer due to unexpected circumstances such as delays on the courier’s end and we will keep our customers updated whenever possible.
